General English with Business Situations training courses


Background
EduTec General and Business English training, which combines general English with business situations. Thus giving learners the social and functional English they need to work, travel, and socialize. It covers learning and practising grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, conversations, and developing skills in speaking, listening, reading and writing. All trainers are native speakers of English and have worked in Business in the United Kingdom or America.
Our aim is to improve accuracy and fluency with the emphasis on effective communication

BELIEFS
EDUTEC English Program maintains certain beliefs and ensures that these beliefs are evident in each and every class. We believe that every class should be interactive, trainee and instructor led, motivating, educational, and fun. With this belief it is our understanding that each trainee will effectively develop their skills and confidence regarding the usage of the English language. We at EDUTEC firmly believe in excellence in English and English for success with the mindset that each and every one of our customers/trainees is a Very Important Person.

METHODOLOGY
General statement
ü  EduTec English uses qualified English Native Speaker teachers to teach our customers and specializes in Conversation and Business English. Since we use the communicative approach and tasks to teaching such as ‘realplays’ or simulations, TMM interactive activities, speech recognition…etc  which allow participants to practise and demonstrate communicative ability in the most realistic way possible. We believe that it is absolutely vital that each and every trainee gains exposure to real Native English accents.
ü  We also utilize educational games to spark the interest of our trainees and to motivate them to learn and practice speaking English. We believe that in order for our trainees to be well-rounded, our teachers and lessons should be well-rounded as well.
ü  We believe that teaching should be learner-centered and should help trainees develop strategies that work both inside and outside the classroom. We recognize that learners have different aims, world knowledge, learning styles and experiences and that motivation is crucial to successful learning.
ü  We seek to create an enjoyable learning environment in which trainees develop their language, learning and study skills in order to enable them to use English in as wide a variety of situations as possible. At the same time, we work to provide opportunities for personal and professional development.
ü  We value the different approaches, styles, techniques and personalities that each teacher brings to the classroom and encourage teachers to innovate, experimenting with new ideas and activities.

Trainers
>> Fully Qualified native speakers tutors with extensive international experience of language and skills training.
Our instructors will be selected with qualifications that meet or exceed the standards needed for the fulfillment of the contract. Combined, they represent a group who would bring excellent teaching ability and motivation.

CERTIFICATES
In order to receive a certificate of attendance/achievement at the end of each course, the trainee must attend at least 75 percent of all the classes and participate in any final tests or project work if applicable. The awarding of a certificate does not depend on grades, but on participation. Basically, if a trainee maintains a 75 percent attendance or better and participates in any required task, a certificate will be rewarded without question. Not only will each trainee be eligible for a certificate, we also provide a detailed performance report at the end of the course for each and every trainee.
